护士态度恶劣 护士对宝宝没有耐心（我们管护士要热水热点奶给宝宝喝.都不给！护士自己喝着热水却告诉我们没有热水，我就想问一下你tm开儿科诊所的对宝宝就这种态度？ 没有耐心就不要做儿科工作 ！

Very bad customer service. I was taking an elder with a service dog to inquire appointment information at the front desk only. After that the elderly needs to use the restroom, and I need to too. The security guards prohibited the service dog in the floor, even we asked if we leave the service dog in the lobby, they don't allow me to use the bathroom. They didn not listen. And asked us to call next time instead of coming to the office. Very rude and mean.

They force you to wear your mask and if no one is here with you you can’t see the nurse or doctor

Docs are good, but with terrible custom service, very impatient representative
