The receptionists are very welcoming and accomodating. Nurses and doctors are very professional. Dr. Radeyah Hack is an exceptional physician. She’s very knowledgeable, patient and caring. Highly recommended 👍👍👍

Although this health center location is in a residential neighborhood in Flushing. Finding it was not a problem! Making my appointment by phone was seamless. The registration/waiting area was welcoming. Staff were very friendly and approachable. Reading the signs in the registration was quite helpful too! I’m happy with my visit today.

This facility is one the best and the staff at reception as well as all the nurses are the best. Every employee at this facility tries their best to deliver quality services. We visited Dr. Katherine Kuang today. Very nice and respectful doctor. I feel more comfortable to have her as my children’s PCP.

We’ve been coming here for many years and absolutely love this practice. The pediatrician Dr. Ko is thorough, patient, and caring — he always takes time to explain everything clearly and truly listens to our concerns. The front desk staff are friendly and welcoming, and it’s such a comfort knowing we can usually get a same-day appointment if there’s ever an emergency. After all these years, we still feel our children are in the best hands. Highly recommend!

This office has zero respect for patients’ time. I called ahead to let them know I’d be a few minutes late and was told to come in anyway. I arrived 10 minutes late, checked in, and then waited over 30 minutes while other patients who arrived after me were taken back first. When I asked why, the front desk blamed “on-time patients” and said they only had three doctors working. That sounds like their staffing problem, not mine. If you’re overbooked, don’t lie and say it’s okay to come. This place is CHRONICALLY OVERBOOKED!! My family and I have had enough. We will never return.
