I loved the costomer service was so friendly and helpful Claira front desk clerk was amazing very helpful and the office was very clean it’s always have a great experience with Schwab !!!

A bit understaffed. One person was helping 2 others, but called someone out to help when I arrived. Good thing because 2 more customers came in after me. He was able to resolve my issues and both were apologetic for the wait. They were both handling difficult problems, so no worries. I've been to other Charles Schwab locations and they all have been very helpful. Unlike Fidelity. They tell you to use their app and then try to upsell you on their products. It's like going to a used car salesman.

On my own volition, I feel compelled to sing the praises of this Charles Schwab Forest Hills branch. After meeting David at the office, I was immediately impressed with his knowledge and anything but haughty manner upon sharing. You never feel as if you are receiving unsolicited advice with the purpose of benefitting one family at the expense of another, namely my own. He has a human touch about him and never made promises he could not keep although his indefatigable efforts always surpassed my uncompromising expectations. David has superlative listening skills and is never opportunistic or pushy in his business dealings. After fully appreciating my financial needs and personal tolerances, David seamlessly facilitated communication with William, another gem of a person and experienced specialist. Speaking to him was also a revealing pleasure as I did not feel judged and always learned new aspects of investing that were never imposed. Some people have the uncanny ability to translate complexities into practical implementation while details remain intact. Unlike competitors who are not as transparent, Charles Schwab reminds you of pending bond expirations, for example, so you can calmly decide what your next steps can entail. In the interim, you do not feel like a fixed entity in a barracuda laden sea whose waves are violently engendered by the proverbially perennial "hard sell.". Aa Sinatra once acclaimed by way of his art form, "Regrets I've had a few." While I regret not associating myself with this fine establishment before, I sense my best experiences characterized by the team's steadfast intelligence and moral rectitude await. A company is as valuable as the fine employees whose ethics embody how wealth is measured in human terms. These two lovely gentlemen are quintessential professionals who make me feel consummately comfortable.

Came here twice and got two different experience. First time I came here, a younger woman was helping me super efficiently and kindly. Very well informed and definitely made me feel great for coming in. Second time I came, an older woman gave me an entirely opposite experience. I brought I’m a friend to ask for some advice on creating an account for him. She wouldn’t even let us know which account is for what. Just kept saying look in the app and such, we came all the way here to get a 1 on 1 to learn more. Legit a useless person who doesn’t even want to help. You know who you are, if you don’t want to help your clients, don’t sit in the front to assist your customers.

The Asian woman named "Abby" or Abigail at the front desk is completely useless and impatient and doesn't want to do anything. I won't be returning to this Forest Hills location anymore as long as she is at the front desk. The employee working the front desk is the first person a customer sees and talks to when they first walk into the business. That front desk person should be welcoming, polite, friendly, patient and helpful amongst other things. The woman Abigail is NONE OF THE ABOVE. It was a very unpleasant experience. The Schwab in Garden City is much better with their customer service than this Forest Hills branch is.
