I came here to redesign and fix my engagement ring which was slowly breaking. I sat down with Gary, and we spent as much time needed, for him to understand what I was envisioning. It was so much fun and Gary also added his artistic touch and knowledge which made the ring even more special! The Scalloped Basket is one of his many contributions and my favorite part of the ring. The whole experience was so easy and insightful. The processing timeline was great and updates were provided throughout. I really wish we would have found Chateau first but I am grateful we did because my ring is more beautiful than I could have imagined. Thank you, Gary, and the Chateau family!!

We went in to have a family engagement ring redesigned, not really knowing what to expect. Gary took his time with us, patiently exploring ideas until we landed on something that felt right. Gary never disappoints! My husband and I made 10 years married and I wanted an upgrade. I went from a 1 carat to a 3 carat stone plus an upgraded wedding infinity band as well. My fiancé bought my engagement ring from Chateau and we both had an excellent experience with Gary and his staff. Gary was friendly and very knowledgeable. I love that he really took his time with us which is why he operates through appointments only. He made recommendations without being pushy and made us feel really comfortable with the process. And the finished product was absolutely beautiful. He also resized the ring at no additional cost and has encouraged us to come in once a month for complimentary ring cleanings. I'm very much looking forward to getting our bands from Gary as we get closer to our wedding!
