Called yesterday to see if I can get an impacted wisdom tooth out ASAP and was booked this morning for a 9:30 appointment. Staff also explained cost on the phone. Dr. Cheng was very thorough while explaining risks & alternative solutions, and made sure that I had all the details I needed to make an informative decision. The actual operation was about 5 minutes. Waiting, consultation, X-ray, surgery and medicine together was only an hour. I would highly recommend this place especially if you’re Chinese!

Dr. Ray Cheng is absolutely fantastic. I had a wisdom tooth extraction and was very nervous and worried. Dr. Cheng reassured me prior to the procedure and explained risks and answered every question I had with regards to the procedure and aftercare. His bedside manner is wonderful and he is very attentive and kind when speaking to his patients. Even while being extremely nervous before and during the procedure, I did not feel a thing. The extraction was quicker than I thought it would be, and Dr. Cheng communicated effectively with me as he was working. This not only helped ease my nerves but he also set proper time expectations during the procedure. The staff was very kind and thorough in everything from explanation of cost, x-ray, and post procedure direction. Everyone had wonderful bedside manner and was so kind. Thank you so so much to everyone for the care and detail provided!!

Dr. Ray Cheng DDS is a very talented dental surgeon. I took my 22 year old son for a consult to have his 4 impacted wisdom teeth removed. Dr. Cheng explained the procedure in detail and answered all our questions. The removal went quickly with no unexpected events and minimum discomfort. After the procedure was completed we were taken to a recovery room where the staff went over post surgery care instructions and made sure a prescription for antibiotics and pain control medication was sent to our local drug store for pick up that day. We found the staff to be knowledgeable, helpful and pleasant. I have no reservations recommending Dr. Cheng and his support staff!

I visited Dr. Ray Cheng twice, once in 2023 and again in 2025 for wisdom tooth extractions (one pair each year). Dr. Cheng and his team are absolutely amazing. I still remember a kind staff member holding my hand when I was nervous during the procedure, which made me feel so cared for. After the surgery, they even followed up with a call to check on me, and Dr. Cheng himself was responsive over email whenever I had questions. Truly an outstanding doctor, and I highly recommend him to everyone.

Dr.Cheng is truly exceptional. He has an incredibly calming, kind and reassuring beside manner which made my stressful situation feel easy. He took time to answer all questions without rushing me and made sure I felt supported/heard. It's VERY rare to find a oral surgeon who is not only highly skilled but also very compassionate and approachable. His staff is so friendly and calming, just like him! It's such a good office. I am very grateful to have been under his care, and strongly recommend him to anyone!
