First time here. Was craving Szechuan food so much last night that I had to try a new place while picking up NYSSMA pieces in the area. The people there are very friendly and provide excellent customer service. I especially appreciate their kind gestures of carrying the bag out and even the way they packaged the food. The fish was not soggy with the sauce since they packed the sauce separately. It remained crispy too. The puffed pastry chicken stayed crispy for the 25 min drive because they made holes in the lid. Our family enjoyed all of it. Will def return in the future :)

Food is normally good. Some dishes not so. We ordered Vegetable Chow Fun last week. The only vegetables in that was onion and bean sprouts. Upon complaining. The servers were very rude. The manager refused to meet us at the table. When we met him on the way out, he said that Veg Chis Fun only has onions and bean sprouts. No other vegetables. He too was very rude. Will not visit this restaurant again.

WORST SERVICE EVER ! I ordered here and left Togo and I didn’t really check because I have ordered here for years now and when I came home. Opened the bag and opened all the food and when I picked up the sauce under it I saw a roach in the wings and screamed I hate creepy crawlys so this made me so mad and disgusted now I went on phone and saw another review saying there was a roach in their food. So it happend multiple times before. Never ordering here again especially because there’re is a 4 star review.

Generally, this is a favorite restaurant on Long Island. The place is clean and the food is great. However, after five years of eating at this establishment, we encountered the rudest front of desk manager. My cousin brought her service dog which was actually in her right to do so. However, she would have willingly obliged to just leave the dog outside. The man was rude and screamed at her to get out. Later on, I tried to explain to him that he should have had a better attitude. He told me if I wanted a better attitude, I could feel free to go somewhere else. That's their customer service in a nutshell. Many of the employees saw the disturbance and secretly apologized. Apparently, he's rude to them too.
