First year went well - no issues in getting him to answer my questions. This year, I can’t get him to answer a short question. I’m sorry, busy or not, I’m sure you can make time to answer a question versus saying you’re busy. Why would I pay $140 if I can’t even get an answer to my tax question before you go ahead and submit it?? Crazy. And the office people - what a mess in customer service.
