Dr.Cherenfant cared for me during two pregnancies, and delivered two of my children. While none of my pregnancies were high risk, I still had alot of anxiety and fears, due to my first experience being pregnant elsewhere. I honestly have never felt more comfortable with any other Obgyn, so I am saddened by some of the reviews. I can only speak on my experience, and for me, the doctor along with all the Staff, have been nothing but professional, patient and reassuring. Dr. Cherefant has a calming energy to him and for me I needed that.

Great doctor, competent staff. TERRIBLE WAIT TIMES. It is now 7:20PM. My appointment was scheduled for 5:50PM. I checked in at 5:30PM. I am still in the waiting room with SEVERAL people ahead of me. This is totally unacceptable and occurs every time i come here. It’s really a shame, because this is where I’ve received some of the most competent gyno care in my life. I just wish they would stop overbooking and be realistic about how many patients they can see in a day. Have respect for your patient’s time! And be realistic about your offices time management. I get to the point of almost walking out of every appointment for this reason. I may need to look for another doctor.

Update: when i complained to him about a response my body had to a medicine, he to me that it wasnt the medicine, that i was not ovulation properly. I know my body and i found that comment highly offensive and the fact that he did not listen to and consider my concern, he instead dismissed my concern. I know my body and as soon as i got off the medicine everything went back to normal (i never had any problems with my cycle). If you want a doctor that listens to you and respectfully replies to your comment/ concern, sadly he is not it. I will not return to his practice.

This is honestly the worst patient care I have received. The doctor is not willing to answer questions and cuts you off and gets defensive whenever you are trying to voice a concern. I wanted to make sure I understood exactly what each medication was for but he wasn’t willing to explain. I even asked for side effects of the medication but I had to ask him three different times to get a somewhat okay answer. He prescribed me birth control without even telling me it was birth control. The only way I found out was because I googled the names of the medications. When I called to ask him about it he denied it and simply said he discussed every medication with me (not true) all the while by cutting me off when I tried to say something. Overall worst healthcare services I have ever received. I do not recommend this place.

I used to have a great review up for this office. I was so happy with my last experience here although I did lose the baby. Doctor told me to come back when I tested positive again to quickly get on support hormones. I went back this week and I will never step foot there again. The doctor barely spoke to me, denied the whole putting me on medication earlier this time, said he would "never have said that" They did not even do a urinalysis. Did nothing but a quick sonogram to confirm I was pregnant. NO blood work was done. I was so very confused. I'm always at a high risk for my pregnancies and this man had zero regard for me or my baby. I'm actually disgusted with the fact that he was trying to gaslight me into thinking we didn't have a conversation laying out my future care. My last pregnancy the baby had down syndrome so I was really counting on having a very thorough doctor to guide me through this pregnancy. I will be going elsewhere, anywhere but here.
