Chief Beef Noodles was a wonderful experience in Flushing! I found the environment within to be very warm, cozy, and welcoming. The people at the entrance who take your order from the counter were extremely friendly, and in no time at all..we had our beef noodle soup order put in. You pick it up from a counter towards the back of the dining space, and then they have ample toppings available for you to pick and choose from to your desire. Despite the narrow dining space, it was still easy to find seating, as there's both bar/counter seating along the wall, and various tables. As for the beef noodle soup itself, I found it to be perfectly prepared and loved the quality and heat of the broth it was in. I honestly have no complaints at all about Chief Beef Noodles..it provides the product it advertises absolutely JUST right and perfectly prepared. I love it - and I highly recommend!

The husband and I have been coming here once a week for months. I gave this place a try one day, did take out, and thought to myself “ damn, if this is THIS good for takeout I wonder what it would be like for dine in. Brought the husband there on our day off together and the next thing we knew we come here once a week. Not even exaggerating. The lady up from already knows our order and as soon as she sees us we’re greeted with “ the usual?” Let’s talk about the food : we are creature of habits. We get the thinly sliced beef noodle soup and we hit the condiment bar. Husband usually likes his broth “clear” while I load up on the chili oil and sour pickled green beans and minced garlic and we both put an unhealthy amount of cilantro in our soup. The broth is very tasty without any added condiments and it just tastes so homey especially during the cold winter days. I love that the portion is huge ( for me at least) but if you’re not full after your first bowl they do FREE NOODLE refills. In this economy??? I know. So rest assured you will be getting your moneys worth. Do also try their cold side dishes too! Pickled wood ear mushroom. Cucumber salad. Tripe with onions. Beef shank with onions and cilantro. Atmosphere : small but also roomy, CLEAN space. The lady up front always makes sure the tables are cleaned for the customers and trash is taken care of. Very nice and calm even when customers are rude. Price: very fair honestly. Tasty, fresh meat, yummy rice noodles and again, free noodle refills! I’ve been raving about this place to everyone. Friends and coworkers and everyone has good feedback. Coworkers even started ordering take out for work for lunch. ☺️ Obviously this is my own opinion of this place . We’ve always had a pleasant experience here and we always leave full and happy. But the fact that husband and I come once a week for the past 6 months I feel speaks volume lol. And no this is not sponsored and I don’t own the place. If only tho.

Best rice noodle in Flushing in my opinion. Simple ingredients but very tasty base soup. Firmness of the noodle is just right (a lot of places boiled the noodle for too long). I highly recommend the freshly boiled beef, which is thinly cut, cooked to be just right that's chewy but also tender enough to bite. Also, the beef tasty fresh that I don't find it anywhere else in Flushing. The soup noodle comes in just the noodle in salted soup and you can add all the condiments yourself which is very nice too!

I got the beef rib noodles with an egg. The broth was very flavorful, the egg perfectly soft on the inside, the noodles perfectly chewy. There’s a whole side with all ones of different free toppings too! AND the service is incredible. The woman who was helping was so kind and pleasant. Definitely recommend this place.

Absolutely delicious and such great value! What a gem! The food was incredible – you can taste the quality in every bite with those fresh, great ingredients. The atmosphere is lovely and thoughtfully designed, making it such a cozy spot. Super impressed by how fast our food arrived without sacrificing any quality. Generous portions, fantastic flavors, and very fair prices. This place checks all the boxes! Can’t wait to come back! Highly recommend! 🥢✨
