Dr. Lee is a wonderful pediatric doctor who has shown such care and compassion for my granddaughter. Hes incredibly hands on and takes his time to listen, explain things clearly, and make sure my granddaughter feels comfortable. His gentle approach and genuine concern make every visit a positive experience. I am truly grateful for the care he continues to provide.

I’ve been taking my daughter here since she was 18months. If you’re going: Make an appointment and go in about 10-15min earlier for it. Get there late and you get what you deserve (I hate waiting for others when they come late). Never had to wait long except when I walked in. Staff is super nice to my daughter and she loves the medical assistants which call her by name. The reason for 4 stars: the bathroom could be cleaner and stock with enough soap and toilet paper and the toys & books should be replace once broken. Although the wait for an appointment is fair, they shouldn’t tell people to wait if they don’t have an appointment or arrived late (the waiting area is too small for the amount of people waiting). During the phase 4, the waiting area was empty, which is great!

Firstly: There is no doctor. There is, however, a fine Nurse Practitioner. Which is pretty much the same thing, as long as you don't need any super urgent care. She's great! Secondly: Since there is no doctor, there is no direct doctor's number for emergencies. No immediate contact. This is a sham. Overall, sign up if your insurance needs a primary care assigned. You come here for just routine check ups, standard vaccines, small coughs. General healthy kid stuff. If you need actual attention, clear away if you care anything about your kid. Convenience does not mean anything if your kid is in danger. Sham of a place. But again, great Nurse Practitioner.

I wish i could give zero stars. They charged me $100 even though my child was covered under my insurance plan. They refused to let me submit the insurance claim myself after claiming they submitted it 3 times (my insurance company never got a claim from them). it took me threatening to call the Better Business Bureau and reporting them for them to finally issue me a refund. They are rude, never call back when they say they will, and always give you the run around. i am SO happy i chose to find a different doctor for my baby. I would never recommend this place or any of Dr. Lee's practices to ANYONE. The service is truly despicable. UPDATE: how coincidental that after they finally refunded me my $100, i called my insurance company and they finally received the claim from them and got paid. all these people wanted to do was keep my money so they would get paid more. insurance companies never pay the full price the practice charges. NEVER TAKE YOUR CHILDREN HERE. So many better pediatricians with better staff out there.

This clinic has several doctors, but the one who works on Mondays is an absolute nightmare. I strongly advise anyone to avoid coming here on a Monday. This doctor is unbelievably unprofessional — painfully slow, constantly disappearing, and somehow takes forever even when there are barely any patients. It makes no sense how a pediatric doctor can move this slowly or show this little urgency. Prescriptions take ages, follow-ups drag on, and the whole experience feels like they simply don’t care. If you value your time, your kid’s health, or basic professionalism, do yourself a favor and stay away from Mondays. This doctor is honestly one of the worst I’ve ever encountered.
