I went to them for the first time and ordered a pair of glasses.the staff is amazing and kind I'm very pleased with pair that I ordered.Im going to get another pair within a week.They are professional and treat customers with respect I will definitely recommend them.Side note even though there are eyeglass places close to me within a two block radius I chose them even though they are over 25 blocks from where I'm at and don't regret it

I purchased two Chrome Hearts frames along with blue light lenses, and their team went above and beyond to make everything perfect. The staff is exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable, making the whole experience feel personal and effortless. Their collection of Chrome Hearts frames is absolutely amazing. I had a very disappointing experience at this optical store. While the optical staff were friendly, patient, and helpful, the eye exam itself was extremely unpleasant. Unfortunately, Dr. Audrey Yue was unfriendly, rushed, and unprofessional throughout the appointment. Her attitude made me feel uncomfortable and disrespected, showing a clear lack of care and professionalism toward patients. If you need an eye exam before purchasing glasses, I strongly recommend not coming on a day when she is working. It’s truly a shame because the optical staff provided good customer service, but the doctor’s behavior completely overshadowed and ruined the entire visit.

Won’t recommend. Last November I paid $299 for frame。 Frame is light and pretty. $100 for lens.adjusted twice. Didn’t work. My eyes are not comfortable wearing them. But I decided to give them up. After first use, I realized it’s the optician s not good enough. I couldn’t see far or near clear wearing them. Went back to adjust twice. Optician still failed. They only think about what s cheaper. I used to get glasses at Vision world in Rego park queens. The optician is a blonde lady she s awesome. She gave me perfect lens that I enjoyed 5 yrs. Great for seeing far or near and my eyes were very comfortable like no glasses lens at all. It was $300, It’s a pity I lost them while shopping. Btw, In Chinatown optical, The staff Kelly is good enough. The other guy is funny he called me auntie. It’s not professional. I guess he has only worked in Chinese places.
