They have reinvented themselves. I've eaten their cookies many times, however lately I feel they read the comments and listened to the customers!!!! They are delicious, gooey but done!!! The flavors are next level. I had a favorite cookie place, now this establishment got the lead. Love them!

This place is really good. The quality control is just phenomenal. Each cookie is so fresh and delicious with a crispy exterior and a nice gooey inside that you can reheat later using air fryers or microwaves.

I must admit that I'm not typically drawn to sweet treats, but the cookies here have converted me. The establishment is immaculate, and the customer service is exceptional. The cookies are enormous and delectable.

I'm so impressed with the experience I had with Jonathan and Madison today at the Forest Hills location. I got out of work late, called 4 hours before store close, and had a large order for my office. Madison was so kind on the phone and took the time to accommodate my order. When I picked up the order, Jonathan was so incredibly friendly and answered all my questions. Exceptional service. I can't wait to bring these to my office.

I came on here for the first time the other day and I encountered Jonathan the lovely chip city employee. He made my shopping experience so lovely. I enjoyed talking to him while picking out my delicious cookies. Jonathan you are an excellent cookie expert at chipcity. Thanks for giving me the best chipcity cookie buying experience.
