Chloe hair salon

My daughter and I only go to Chloe salon for a haircut or a blow dry. For years. We don’t trust anyone else with our hair :) Staff is always friendly and professional. And they always do a great job! Hi from Elmira and Olivia. As a matter of fact we’ll see you tomorrow :)

If u need a good haircut and want to save some money - this is the best salon for it. Visiting it for more than 2 years, every time i am happy with the result, everyone is polite and doing their best to help u with ur choice of a haircut. THE WAIT IS WORTH IT!! 💜💜 Despite being busy, May and Jennifer still took their time to ensure that my hair was well taken care of! May took her time to discuss the condition of my hair the best options for it. May could've easily pushed and suggested for the more expensive services but she really took into consideration what I wanted and what was best. I wanted a burgundy color and she went out of her way to meet me half way. We did what she recommended and she added some red to give me a deep red brown color. I am beyond happy with the outcome and have received compliments on my hair. The color is even all through out. I was in awe to see how busy they were. There were only 3 stylists there and so many clients coming in. What stood out to me the most was their ability to manage a full house and still provide undivided attention to each client. May cut and blow dryer my hair. Jennifer provided me with the color and wash. Occasionally May would swing by and check in on my coloring process. I am in love with Salon and am excited to have found a salon that not only meets my needs but has a wonderful staff who are passionate and dedicated at what they do! 💜💜

Had a haircut recently at this salon. The person who cut my hair was pleasant, but I felt inexperienced. Not too bad. The worst part was when I used my credit card. He charged me 8 875%, instead of 3 to 4%. When I told him the charge was too much, he got nasty saying why don't you pay cash. I will think twice before I go back. You're not going to keep customers with that nasty attitude.

I recently visited this salon and was appalled by the owner Felix's conversation with another customer. For over an hour, I overheard hateful and discriminatory remarks about the Jewish community. As a customer, I expect a welcoming and inclusive environment. Instead, I felt uncomfortable and disturbed by the owner's words. I strongly advise others to avoid this salon and not support businesses that promote hate and intolerance. I will definitely not be a returning customer and I would advise others to do the same. If I could give this place ZERO stars I would!
