He is a very nice and professional doctor. He cares about all his patients. He is one of my grandma’s favorite doctors.

Chris is a very patient and friendly physical therapist. He helps answer all my questions. The Chinese ladies inside are resourceful too.

I visited the Elmhurst location and was deeply disappointed with the experience. The clinic was noticeably unclean, and I witnessed a staff member blow their nose and then place the used tissue back into the section meant for unused tissues. I try to give them one more chance to visit their clinic in Flushing , i called the next morning to their Flushing location , I was informed that they do not take appointments and was advised that I could walk in anytime before 4:00 PM. On11/07/24 morning i called them one more time to confirmed the clinic hours, when i arrived at the Flushing location around 3:30 PM, only to be told by the front desk that the clinic was full and the physical therapist would not be able to see me. This was perplexing, as there were only one people in the waiting area, and the clinic does not close until 5:00 PM. It felt as though the staff simply did not want to accommodate me and were looking for an excuse to finish early. It is concerning that in today’s healthcare landscape, a medical practice operates without an appointment system and misleads its patients. This experience has left me questioning their professionalism and commitment to patient care.
