I had a wonderful experience at this Citibank branch! My teller, Ruben was welcoming, professional and made it personable not like just any other customer, went out of his way to ask for my name and was super respectful! Will be back to this branch.

I’ve had consistently great experiences at this Citibank branch. I’ve visited multiple times, often with my mother who has mobility challenges, and every time the staff has been incredibly helpful, patient, and professional. They truly go above and beyond to make sure everything is handled smoothly and with care. Their kindness and attention to detail really make a difference. Just a heads-up: after hours, there can sometimes be people loitering near the ATM area, so it’s best to stay aware and cautious if you’re stopping by late. Overall, I highly recommend this branch for their outstanding customer service and dedication.

Very convenient location with Metro line 7 running underneath. In the center of the business district of Flushing. I love this branch except for their business hours are a bit too short. They usually close at 4pm.

Citibank is by far the worst bank I have ever used. I have banked with many institutions and never had such consistent terrible customer service. I have been a loyal customer for years - I am taking all my money and moving elsewhere. Over the years, Citi has consistently been awful to me. Here are a few examples: Citi ask for my feedback which turns out wasn't kept anonymous. The advisor (at a different branch) called AND berated me for leaving honest feedback that was not glowing. They have not told me about a promo offer for new cash even though I specifically asked - and I have still not seen that promo applied even though I was told it was. I have had a Citi phone agent berate me for not having my card and passive aggressively transfer me to a Spanish speaking agent, but this is the last straw. The agent assigned to me, who happens to be at this branch for some reason, was unhelpful and unsympathetic, but this review is for ALL of Citibank. This time, I was attempting to redeem thank you points under the promo. This is the second time out of two attempted redemptions that the points promo emailed out does not align with what the "price" is when actually redeeming. This is incredibly deception. The thank you points number I called was extremely glitchy and at first gave me an option to redeem checking account thank you points then when I called back (system glitched), that option was no longer offered. I eventually navigated to hear the "price" of the gift card. It was not the promo price and I said do not redeem. It went ahead and redeemed anyway. I have been unsuccessful in receiving assistance. The agent at this branch has not been helpful, sending me back to the same glitchy line. I am not longer putting up with this. Citibank thanks you for being a loyal customer by increasing your blood pressure. Do not bank with Citi - there are so many options and you (and I!) deserve better!!
