I’d like to sincerely thank Jaime from the seafood and meat section. Every time I’ve interacted with him, he has been incredibly friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. He always gives thoughtful advice and genuinely cares about customers. What really stood out to me was his kindness and willingness to help without hesitation. I come at least once a week to shop for groceries, and around the weekend time there’s usually this one girl I think her name is Aya. She has great customer service skills and always super kind and respectful and very helpful. I also love the store they have great variety of Asian groceries I don’t usually find in other places. Definitely a 10/10 experience.

The charcuterie skeleton they created for us was absolutely stunning, with every detail carefully crafted from the creative arrangement to the quality and freshness of the ingredients. You could really see the care and effort they put into making it both delicious and eye-catching. Our guests couldn’t stop talking about it! Overall, the quality of the food ingredients at this store is not very good. I shop here frequently because it is close to my home, but I have experienced multiple quality issues. The last time I purchased a 6.8 kg bag of rice, it was so old that it contained a large number of bugs. The peaches I bought during the summer were also in poor condition. Despite this, I continued shopping here for convenience, but these problems have continued, so I now try to avoid purchasing certain items. More recently, I bought a bag of bell peppers, and about half of the peppers inside had mold growing around the stem area. I also purchased a pack of four golden kiwis, and two of them were moldy. The meat quality has also been disappointing. In general, meat products here tend to have a lot of pooled blood, which has never been ideal. However, pork was still relatively acceptable up until about two years ago, as the fat content was not excessive. Since around last year, though, the fat-to-meat ratio has increased significantly, making it difficult to eat.

I’m honestly really upset about my experience here. A lot of the products on the shelves don’t even have clear expiration dates. Today I bought a chocolate bar that was already expired. When I told the staff, they said it was put there by someone else and not their responsibility？？？ They did exchange it, but when I checked the shelf, most of the items there were expired too. That’s unacceptable. If you’re selling it in your store, it is your responsibility. I’ve also seen many reviews from other customers saying the meat smells bad and that expired products are common here. That’s really concerning and honestly scary when it comes to food safety. This needs to be taken seriously！！！
