My first choice of the Optical Store in Brooklyn. I can't believe how many frames in this little chic store. They carry DIOR, GUCCI, D&G,BURBERRY, TOMFORD,RAYBAN,YSL,COACH,etc. I normally couldn't find too many frames could look good on my small face. But here, Cecilia, I guess the owner of the store, she has super good taste and gave me super good suggestions. I finally took two pairs from her with the best price I have ever had. guys, if you have time, just take a walk around her store. you will see more than 10 optical stores on 86th street, but this one is the best and only. thanks again and will back for my next purchase.

Extremely professional and friendly staff. Cecilia is excellent! Facility is clean and modern with all the latest technology to ensure the patient gets the highest quality exams and glasses. My family tried Sam's club, Target and Costco; however, once We have been City Eye Optical, we wouldn't go anywhere else. And also I simply will not go to any other eye Dr. This facility, and its staff, is one of a kind you should trust!

I bought glasses and had no problems Wife bought spent almost 1000 and they submitted only 350 to my insurance. Don't know why.Gave some dumb excuse. But otherwise ok service wise except took longer to get contacts than glasses

Never realized how much of a scam this place was until I tried another glasses store. Me and my mother both got glasses here, and upon receiving them we both felt really dizzy and the glasses made our vision feeling distorted. I dealt with it and wore it anyways, but my mother asked them for help and they basically struggled their shoulders and said, thats just how it is. Forward to one year later, my glasses were becoming loose and I noticed that there were screws on the side so I went back and asked if they could retighten them. They immediately said no, those are not fixable, they would not even try tightening it. They simply kept on insisting that I buy a new pair. This week I went to a different optical store for a new pair of glasses and the clerk asked to see my glasses and immediately she noticed my glasses was loose and without me asking she simply tightened it for me. I CAN NOW CONFIRM, THIS GLASSES STORE IS A SCAM.
