I Highly recommend this place to have your new opticals or to fix. The staff are professional , respectful and very helpful. They don't only think for the money , they give free services to solve your problems without spending any money. I am feeling grateful they helped me to adjusted my frames which solved my biggest problem. Ming was super nice. Came in with the screw out of my glasses but still had all the pieces, he fixed them up and tightened the other side free of charge and handed them back after wiping the lenses. 10/10 recommend for great customer service!!

I brought in a pair of sunglasses I bought elsewhere because the temples had suddenly become really stiff and hard to open or close. The owner handled the glasses repair right away—quickly adjusted them, and they were as good as new in seconds. He even let me tried on and adjusted the frame to better fit my face. Most impressive of all — he didn’t charge me anything. Super professional, friendly, and helpful. Highly recommended!
