We just finished our first visit. I called to make sure that they have x ray available since my daughter was experiencing chest pain The front desk lady was really nice we walked in around 715 pm Everything was smooth The nurse who ran the test was chatting to my daughter to distract her from the stress of running those test The doctor was very friendly. He walked many questions. He explained the possibility of the cost of her pain and reviewed the test results

Every time we go the me and my husband we always had good experience with staff and doctors. Few years back my husband cut his finger with glass including nail, doctor over there sew it so professional, couple days later when we go to his primary doctor to checking he couldn’t even handle that. But urgent care doctor was amazing. Every doctor we visit they were all very helpful.

Usually I have very quick service at this location, however today was packed. Maria, the receptionist was patient and professional and answered everyone's questions. She never dropped the ball. She also helped me transfer to a location with 0 wait at my request and it was such a easy process.

I’ve been coming to this urgent care for years and never had a bad encounter up until today. I’m also writing this review directly after the encounter. I brought my son in due to some blisters that I saw on his neck, shoulders and dry skin on his scalp. When the doctor, Dr. Francis Filpo, who walked in and didn’t even introduce herself, asked what was wrong I told him that he had these blisters in which she corrected me with an attitude and said “anything that’s on the skin is a rash”. When she starts to examine my son’s skin, she then says to the medical assistant that they’re lesions. So I simply asked her well are they lesions or a rash. She then starts giving me an attitude and I told her that I’m a registered nurse so I’ve never heard that anything on the skin is automatically deemed as a rash as she had just stated. Her response to me saying I’m an RN is “okay and? I’m a doctor” and I said “wow is this how you talk to all your patients?” And she said “well you’re the one who’s being aggressive so yeah”. After she “diagnosed” my son, she leaves without saying a word and also didn’t even sanitize her hands entering or leaving the room. I think that’s medical knowledge 101 to at least sanitize to prevent the spread of germs after donning and doffing gloves in between seeing patients. This 1 star review is specifically for “Dr” Francis Filpo and after that encounter with her, I will no longer come back to this urgent care after all these years. It’s embarrassing the way she acted as a medical professional not only in front of me, but in front of my son.

I don’t even know how to express my disappointment with my visit, because this is ridiculous. I’ve been throwing up for the last three days, unable to keep any food down, and I feel dizzy and can’t even stand still. The nurse was professional and checked my vitals and temperature, and ran COVID and flu tests. The doctor came in, did a basic checkup, and concluded that my symptoms might be caused by mucus. The only advice I was given was to drink water. I don’t know what that’s supposed to mean. No blood test, no further examination—just “drink water.” WTH Of course I know I’m dehydrated; I’ve been vomiting for three days and can’t keep any food down.
