Professional and knowledgeable! We came in on Jan 10th with an urgent allergy situation while traveling. The doctor provided immediate treatment for Usman ( my son) that worked instantly and directed us to the ER for further observation. Their quick thinking and expertise made a scary situation manageable. 5 stars!"
The doctors and PAs are always so helpful, especially Dr. Vecchia who has helped me multiple times. His referral is even better than the ones from my own pcp. Summithealth in general is good. Ny presbyterian nyu langone northwell they all take years to get a specialist
Update: Received PAs name: Doris Shamuilova: ——- Reception and the tech were PHENOMENAL whoever the PA was has no bedside manner. Absolutely awful! Then to go to the hallway and speak with someone else about “they should know better.” Absolutely awful experience.
This location became so horrible. I came in, and 5 people came after me as I was doing a self check-in. All five people were seen as I was standing by the reception so they could bill my copay. They said it was $50 but billed me $40. Then they apologized and billed me $10 more. This took 10mins because they had computer issues. All this happened while I was standing and feeling like..... I don't get it why I could pay the copay online as I was checking in. On top of that, people who came after me and seen before me started to leave after being seen. The place had a cold feeling, and the music was loud and not even appropriate. You barely can hear you came being called. I would go on and write more, but I think I made my point. If I could, I would give negative stars.
I was there on November 24th with my daughter. She doesn't have health insurance, so I paid the affordable fee of $225 out of pocket just because I needed a prescription for my daughter's skin condition. The doctor spent less than two minutes with her, the prescribed medication didn't do anything, and the aftercare instructions say I have to pay again to get a new prescription. I feel ripped off by them.
