I was a little worried the service at this place because of the low rating on Google search. I have not been there for many years. I'm surprised that my recent two visits, I got what I wanted and the staff were helpful! After my first visit, I even went to different pharmacies. This is the only pharmacy that has what I want and no need to order in advanced and no waiting on line. However, while I entered the shop, there was a minor dispute about some items a customer purchased (laundry detergent etc). The customer refused to pay taxes LOL 😂

The worst place ever, if I can give it a zero star I will. To think the neighborhood has so many pharmacies you will think they value your business, but NO, they have nasty attitudes and pretty much do not care about customers at all. No wonder the ratings are so low. I will never ever go back again!

Worst pharmacy I’ve ever expended. My baby’s medicine was not included by Medicare. Waiting by the stand for 30 minutes without notice, I had to ask in order to get the medicine. Called to know the dosage for baby Tylenol. Told me they are busy left me hanging for 10 minutes. Called back the stuff completely forgot about my case. Another 10 minutes got the result. Will not go back again.

Not worth it. You better off go somewhere else. If you enjoy waiting, then this place would be perfect for you. Many times they made me wait for more than 20 minutes. It's a joke. Chinese chefs can cook up 5 dishes in less than 20 minutes.

Very bad experience from this pharmacy. Last time I went to pick up my mom‘s medicine，I‘m not sure she is a pharmacist or pharmacist assistant，she called my mom’s name and telled doctor to sent prescription to her pharmacy again because insurance not cover that medicine anymore. She told me once that before I got medicine and later on she came out again to tell the front desk in cantonese again. Probably she thought I don't understand cantonese. It's my first time experience how rude a pharmacy workers is. Never go back again. If you want to have a nice experience at pharmacy. Don't go to THIS pharmacy.
