Good luck to anyone who filed tax return with them. If you are their business client, you should have someone who knows tax to look at the tax return for you. you will find out there are a lot of obvious mistakes. They don't even know the rule of tax basis, foreign filing and etc.

1st year i filed taxes through them my name was misspelled even though they had a copy of my ID (and my name is not long or complicated) and so it took a while for my return to go through. you would think he would be more responsive to my questions/inquiries after making such an error but he was not (and i called/texted a cell phone not the office phone). 2nd year i thought i would try again because its convenient...i guess it wasn't clear to him that i changed my address. fine i can pay the fee to amend my filing but still bad communication from him for that process. general consensus is that while this may be convenient/cheap, the accountant himself isn't very thorough. will not be using him next year.

Very horrible service and very little knowledge about tax. I waited for 8 months for my tax return, and they did no help on getting my refunds. I had to call IRS myself, and figured out that they provided misleading information to me. I even paid $20 more to get the letter mailed out for me. Anyway, after receiving money for tax return service, they did not care about whether you can get your refund or not. 強力推荐不要去這個會計事務所! 他們沒有一點稅務知識, 而且會提供給你錯誤的訊息!!!!
