I absolutely love this woman!!! She is the best 😍. I've been going to her for the past 19 yrs. Yup 19! She delivered my Baby girl 19 yrs ago. She is thorough, doesn't rush through your visit, she listens to your concerns and fully answer all questions. Being a woman is not easy so many bumps and obstacles in the road and I had my share but she was there with me every step of the way. Yes I will say her schedule is tight but all Great people have a huge following 🥰. She's worth the wait! Her team is good as well so if you need a quick appointment make it with another Dr at the office but still schedule one with her as well. The wait time in the office is not long and staff is super friendly. Thank you Dr. C. Ravin's 💞

This place makes your experience miserable not exciting. They sent me my lab results in the mail and had no one call me to explain the situation. Give me more anxiety than excitement. I could not get in contact with anyone whatsoever. Called several times to find out if someone can call me about lab results. When the doctor saw me for the first time made me feel extraordinarily uncomfortable and made me feel like he was judging my husband because he smokes marijuana after they had asked us if we smoke, I do not smoke. I felt like he was discriminating us and just lecturing us. I was left of tears of sadness and not of joy. I felt completely judged from the moment I walked into the facility. It gave me anxiety and the nurse who took my blood honestly had the nastiest attitude ever. I do not recommend coming here they might have been good at one point but honestly now it doesn't feel like a happy place to be in let alone deliver a baby in

I loved how on top one of the doctors is, BUT LORD, trying to call them is a nightmare. Imagine something happened and you wanna call for either an appointment for advice, they will never pick up. BEWARE if you are a high risk pregnancy, find a better clinic cuz any questions you need answers, you won't be able to get it from here. I have been trying to call for days and every time im next in que, there is apparently NO FRONT DESK! I lost one baby already cuz they are so late in telling you everything, especially blood work or any test. You need to be hunting them down to tell you.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Reaching the front desk is extremely difficult, and based on other reviews, this seems to be a recurring issue. I called to confirm my wife’s appointment and was placed on hold by the automated system. I waited for nearly an hour before someone finally answered, only to immediately place me on hold again. I understand that offices can get busy, but experiencing the same excessive wait times on multiple occasions suggests a larger problem. The call-back option is also ineffective; calls are returned days later, if at all. The practice should consider hiring additional staff or improving their communication system to ensure patients can reliably reach the front desk. This level of inaccessibility is frustrating and unacceptable for a medical office.

My experience with this doctor's office was an absolute disgrace. I had been referred to Dr. Claudia Raven's office by my GYN in early October 2024 for a surgical procedure. It is now December 2nd and they have yet to contact me to schedule the procedure. Their surgical dept has only one person you can talk to by the name of Antonia. She was not in the office for personal reasons for over a week and there was no one else to help me. She kept claiming to have difficulty receiving my records which were sent by my GYN numerous times. I attempted to speak to someone else in Dr. Raven's office to no avail. I just kept getting voice messages no matter what department I tried to get in contact with. Needless to say, it is now well over a month for a procedure I need to have to find out if I have endometrial cancer!!! It is quite unfortunate that Dr. Raven's staff is so incompetent as the doctor herself who I had another procedure with three years ago was wonderful. I have since moved on to another surgeons office. My recommendation is DO NOT ATTEMPT TO SCHEDULE ANYTHING WITH THIS OFFICE BECAUSE YOU WILL DIE FIRST!!!
