Cleany NYC Cleaning Service

Had such a great experience with Cleany! The team was professional, and super thorough. My apartment looked and felt completely refreshed after the deep clean, the before and after difference was honestly amazing. They brought all their own supplies and were really respectful of my space. Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a reliable, high-quality cleaning service.

Outstanding service!! Laura did an incredible job! She went above and beyond, cleaning every detail and even the dirty little corners that usually get missed. She was punctual and finished exactly within the time promised. The apartment was spotless, and I loved that she used non-chemical products that smelled amazing. You can tell she really cares about her work. Highly recommend! 🤩👍

I had my first experience with cleany today and it was wonderful. Leidy was my cleaner for a deep clean service and she was amazing. I was at the office all day and she did an incredible job communicating and went above and beyond with her deep clean service. I came home to a spotless apartment. She was also very nice. We will be using cleany again thanks to her wonderful service.

I booked a deep clean with Cleanly for my studio, and Andrea was exceptional. She arrived before the booked time (and waited for me) and worked with solid efficiency. Beyond just being kind and professional, what really stood out was her focus on my satisfaction; she proactively checked in with me to ensure I was happy with every detail before she considered the job done. Highly recommend asking for Andrea specifically!

Really disappointing experience with Cleany. Hired them for a 6.5hr deep clean + wall wash ($75 value), to the tune of ~$450 for a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom, 1,200 sqft apartment. They arrived within the window and the cleaners seemed very nice and competent - however when I came back to the apartment not only was there clearly no wall washing done, but there were still crumbs on the floor in several places and dust in very obvious areas (see attached photos). I contacted the support line, offering that there had perhaps been a miscommunication to just have a regular clean and if so, no harm no foul, I would just like to be charged for that regular clean and get a refund or credit toward a future clean. Even though, if this was the result of a regular clean, I would be pretty disappointed. They informed me days later that they would not be offering a refund, they executed a clean for a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment (not what I booked) and would send someone back for a complementary clean up to 2 hours to address "any areas of concern". Naturally by this point, I had already addressed those areas on my own. All to say - complete waste of money, and disappointing reaction from the Company after I tried to give the benefit of the doubt and suggest what I felt to be a pretty generous solution. Don't book with this company.
