I’ve been going to this place couple of times, service was great, pricing seems acceptable. But be careful with LOUIS he always overcharged customer, this is not the first time I found him overcharges. Not an honest guy. The price he tells you always higher than the price print out on the bill. Too bad I like this place but Louis is a big NO! I still tip him even though I know he is not honest. He should know that money is hard to earn, it is not right to keep scam customer to pay more !

SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY •Tow Truck drive was LATE •EXTREMELY nasty attitude when asked basic questions, was told “stop yapping” and left the tow truck driver do his job, •When dispatch was called to Complain, my tow was then Canceled after my “nasty attitude”

Company's tow truck driver tried to extort my son to zelle him $100 personally to go with vehicle to repair shop after breaking down. Saying his company can be fined $2000 for allowing him to ride along and that after another driver got into an accident with a customer, the company's no longer allows customers to ride in the trucks after being sued and installed cameras in the truck. After dropping my vehicle to the shop without my son, the driver got upset that I was asking for his information and taking pictures and began using racial and homophobic slurs and spat at me while he drove away.

Literally the worst experience I’ve ever had with any company I’ve ever dealt with. Were contacted by my insurance’s roadside assist to tow my car - & never came despite repeated assurances they were “on their way.” NEVER use them!!!!!!!!!!
