Coco 奶茶

It is a cold day, and I looking for a warm milk tea around this area and I found a coco tea and get to try a special jasmine milk tea. It was so good. And Banesa is making drink for me today. She is so sweet. I recommend coco tea on this location. 😍

Ordered the bubble gaga that has passionfruit green tea with boba and coconut jelly. Not too sweet, just perfect. Not sure why the last review said teas were watered down. It’s not at all. Well balanced. The employees are nice and informative too.

I’ve been to Coco Fresh Tea & Juice at multiple locations (at least 6), and they’ve always been consistently great — which is why this visit was so disappointing. The tea here was noticeably watered down. You could actually see how light it was compared to the usual color, and the taste was bland and weak. It didn’t feel like the standard Coco quality at all. I know the brand does better than this, so I hope this location improves consistency, because this experience was far below what I’ve come to expect.

Yesterday I was disappointed with the service, I came in at 7ish and noticed that they were getting ready to close even though they close at 9. Anyways, as soon as we entered the young lady In the photo shouted out with an attitude that the store was out of tapioca even though there was clearly tapioca but whatever we still ordered because we wanted coco. I’m not sure if by us staying made her upset but she ended up making our drinks with an attitude that was visible and made them very wrong. I ordered a taro milk tea with 70 of sugar, that taro milk tea was with more than 100 of sugar because it was way way too sweet to even drink from it (it looked very purple), I asked for lactose whole milk and she gave me regular which caused me a horrible stomach pain. Whoever this young lady is needs to take a safety food course because giving me regular milk when I’m lactose intolerant was very irresponsible, plus it’s an extra .69 cents for it. I always come here and love it but yesterday was not it :/.

This CoCo location has been my go to since the flushing Main Street one is a bit farther away, disappointed to say that I won’t be coming back here. I stood at the counter for almost 10 minutes while the girls in the back giggled and talked (mind you when I got there the girl who was at the counter saw me standing there looking right at her and just went to the back with the other girl) when they finally came back to the front I clearly ordered 3 drinks and they gave me 2, had to order the third separately. 2 out of the 3 drinks tasted fine, the mango slush was flavorless, it literally tasted like I was just drinking pure slushed ice.
