I wanted to take a moment for a wonderful experience and provide feedback on my recent visit to Dr Collier Chan’s clinic . Overall, I had a positive experience and wanted to express my gratitude for the excellent care I received. He took the time to thoroughly understand my symptoms and clearly explain my treatment options. This made me feel as a valued patient and gave confidence in his expertise. I also wanted to commend the staff for her professionalism and friendliness. From the moment I walk in I was greeted with warm smile and made to feel comfortable. I had a very pleasant experience today as a new patient. Dr.Chan really was there to attend my concerns. I was very thankful he explained in detail what was causing the pain in my left foot. He was very eloquent and empathetic.

Dr. Chan is very professional and knowledgeable. He patiently listened to my issue and was able to find the help I needed. I would definitely recommend going to his office if you are in need of podiatrist. I'm glad I found his office.

The doctor looks very strict and tough like an old school headmaster while listening to the patient as he doesn’t like to listen to if you are gonna tell him your multiple problems. He doesn’t like to prescribe me my required medication. He likes to prescribe me only suggestions. Upon several requests he prescribe medication for me. The doctor is not friendly and welcoming.

Dr Collier Chan rushes me out of his office after spending 10 minutes including giving me a foot X-ray. He didn’t even find the area that gave me constant pain. He seemed annoyed that I was asking a few too many questions. As a new patient and one who expressed confusion about my condition, he was awful. Impatient. He was so eager to get to his next returning patient. I guess it was evident to him that I didn’t need surgery or other revenue generating procedures or visits. I have heel spur and or plantar fasciitis. He said,” everything you need to know is in the paper I gave you.”. It was a plain printout of definition and care for my foot which I can google. I didn’t need a Doctorate Of Podiatry Medicine to tell me, I suppose. Yet he will get paid very handsomely by my healthcare insurance policy.
