Comfortland

Wow, absolutely blown away!!! One of the best food experiences I’ve had in my LIFE, forget best bites in the city, my whole LIFE. I know that sounds exaggerated, but the entire experience was just a 10/10 for me. We found the spot on tik tok, it was near our hotel and looked good, but we didn’t know it would be THIS good. The front man Will broke down the entire menu for us, talked to us the whole time we waited for our food, had some great conversation, and gave my girlfriend a free pastry for her birthday! At this point I was like “no way the food can match the service”, welp, I was wrong!! The food was just fantastic. I got the space jam, such a crazy combo, it combined sweet and savory better than anything I’ve ever tried. My vegan friend got a sub style meal, and it was ALSO amazing. My girlfriend got the katsu sandwich with buldok balls, and she gave them one of the highest ratings I’ve ever seen from her! And let me just give a crazy, MASSIVE shoutout to the chefs Diego and Francisco, from what I heard, you’re extremely hard working and dedicated, and you have some damn good food 🤣 thank you guys so much! Cant recommend it enough

We found Comfortland while walking down Riverington and that must have been the guiding of a muse of deliciousness. Seriously, the food here is seriously good. We shared a Crispy Chicken Crunch Wrap because, as advised, the wraps are seriously large! The sandwich was fresh, tasty, warm and comforting - the perfect meal on a cold February day. The bar seating in this small space actually works and is comfortable. The service, and conversation, was welcoming and made us feel as if we had been coming for years rather than just our first time. We will be back!

Comfortland isn't a place but an idea. When I was out famished on a Thursday night, a man said to me "come on in, it's as awesome as it looks." He introduced himself as Will ,and I was shown what true hospitality was. He gave me two recommendations and I tried them both. The Don Vito and Texas hold'em patty melt was delicious. He gave me a handshake for finishing the food because he said people generally need to pack the food to go.

Been obsessed with Comfortland for years. Love the new location, and the guy who runs this location, Will, is so awesome. And I’m not just saying that because of all the free samples he’s given me and my friends 🤫 But seriously everything at Comfortland is so good that you’d want to get it again and again except you don’t do that because there’s always something new to try that also sounds amazing. On my most recent visit I got the Old Boy and the meatball parm pockets, which were both fantastic.

What a great meal and experience I had! When you walk into Comfortland, you'll immediately see all the unique decor and hear great music being played. I ordered Choppenheimer, which is a chopped cheese empanada sandwich, American cheese, lettuce, tomato, pickled jalapeño, spicy ketchup & mayo on a kaiser roll. I also got truffle potato tots. The sandwich was glorious! Very cheesy and delicious! The tots were incredibly crispy and tasty too! The people who work there might be the best part of Comfortland! They were so friendly and welcoming and I'll definitely be back to try something different.
