New community service that has many programs provide and this is new center, nice and clean. Also still check the covid screening and require a mask. Instructors and staffs are friendly and good services. Dean, ESL teacher is really nice and helpful. He is helping all students to update our resume and improve our English.

Commonpoint Queen The Hub team were so helpful and friendly, so that I can achieve my goal to finish IT course that Commonpoint offered. From the IT course, I gain skills and hand on experience to prepare for an entry-level role in IT field. If you have a dream in IT, I believe you can be one of us and can get help from Commonpoint Queen The Hub.

Every thing I tried and I wanted they turned me down hope someone else experience was bette r then mines

the front desk lady mrs.soria was extremely rude to me and had no disregard and she had me waiting for so long

I don’t mind waiting , I am a patient person , but what is the point of making people make appointments if they won’t be helped near their time slot. My appointment was at 10:30 I arrived 10 mins before my appointment because on their confirmation call they mention if arrive 15 mins after they won’t help you. it’s currently 11:40 and I have yet to be helped . I get if they are busy , but at least give people a heads up . A “hey we are a little busy it’s going to be 30-40 mins, if you’d like to come back “ . There were several people that came after me and they were helped before me .
