Without exaggeration this is one of the best managed and run medical experiences I have had. My health was failing on multiple levels and the combined skills of Dr. David Davis and Holly Weiner-Rainey is unsurpassed. The support staff in knowledgeable, efficient and professional.

I feel compelled to write this because recently I have had to change some medication doses under the close supervision of Dr Davis. He is such a caring and thorough physician, he made the decision to change my prescriptions after closely monitoring my positive progress. I appreciate his kind demeanor, quick responses, his follow-ups and the action that him and the team at Community Healthcare Network take when the my insurance company or pharmacy requests communication. Dr Davis is one of those talented people make me feel like I am his only patient (I am sure that I am one of many, many patients that he cares for). He remembers the details around my care, my lifestyle, and the goals we have set to improve my health. I have been going to Community Healthcare for many years and have gone through several practitioners there, Dr Davis is by far the best and the LES is lucky to have him.

I have been a client of Community Healthcare Network since I was 13 years old, and I can honestly say that this clinic has provided me with the best care of my life not only for myself, but also for my child. Every single person here truly cares about the well-being of their patients and the community they serve. The management team, Tosin and Sasha, are absolutely incredible. They lead with compassion, professionalism, and genuine concern for every person who walks through those doors. You can tell that they truly care about people’s welfare and make sure everything runs smoothly. The front desk staff, Ann, Taysia and Degio, are always kind, welcoming, and on top of everything. They greet you with warmth and make every visit easy and stress-free. Their patience and helpfulness mean so much, especially on busy days. Nyla, the social worker, goes above and beyond for her clients. She listens, supports, and helps in every way possible. She truly makes you feel seen, heard, and cared for. Holly, the GYN, is one of the best healthcare providers I’ve ever had. She’s compassionate, thorough, and makes sure every patient feels safe and respected. David Davis, the PCP, is an outstanding doctor who truly takes time to understand your health and your life. He listens, explains things clearly, and provides the best possible care for both me and my child. Delcy, the blood tech, is so gentle and skilled she makes something as simple as a blood draw a comfortable and caring experience every single time. This entire team represents what true community healthcare is all about: kindness, consistency, and genuine care. They are always there for their patients, always willing to help, and they truly make a difference in people’s lives. Community Healthcare Network Lower East Side is more than just a clinic it’s a place where people are treated like family. I am deeply grateful for everything they have done for me over the years, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for excellent care and a team that truly cares about your well-being.

Absolutely the worst place you can get medical care from. They don’t follow up with you on labs if you missed the call. Your scheduled appointment doesn’t matter to them when you’re there only when your 5 minutes late so they can cancel. Absolute zero level of professionalism in regards to communicating longer wait times. They call you numerous times stating one time for your appointment and don’t disclose the error when you get there. If I could give zero stars I would’ve generously given that!

Believe the 3 star Google rating! CHN is one of the worst clinics in NYC. Take the time to do your research and read the reviews. All of the 1 star reviews are accurate. From the scheduling issues, to wait times, to the incompetent staff that blame the doctors. I was a patient with CHN at the previous location, stayed with them at the new office and after years I decided to look for medical care elsewhere. When my insurance changed this year, I returned to CHN out of convenience. I was quickly reminded why I stopped going.
