Complete Women's Healthcare

I've been a patient at this office for a few years now and have nothing but great things to say. I switched over from a horribly run practice to Complete Women's Health and my only regret is not switching over sooner. I started at this practice when I was having some issues and Dr. Dilena made me feel seen and understood. Dilena was the first doctor who truly cared enough to help me figure out what was going on. Now 3 years later I am expecting my first baby and feel very lucky to have him and the rest of the practice by my side. Also, when you call up the office someone always answers the phone within a first few rings. I've never had any issues getting in touch with them. The girls at the front desk are very knowledgeable, kind and efficient!

Dr. Miller is the best doctor I’ve ever met. His bedside manner and attention to detail is outstanding. I’ve never once felt uncomfortable with him. This is my third pregnancy with him as my OB, and I have never encountered any issues or left his office feeling uneasy. The wait times can sometimes be long, but the office staff is really nice. I would recommend Dr. Miller to everyone and anyone I know!

When I was sick with preeclampsia 13 years ago I could see what a stand out Dr. Miller was from the other doctors and have been with him ever since. He takes the time to really know his patients, is open minded to complimentary approaches and is a brilliant doctor. He is the only conventional doctor I see and I have a tremendous amount of respect for him. Also, having lost a child to cancer and gone through years of infertility, I have seen first hand how genuinely compassionate he is. Dr. Miller is a quality person and a rare find. I feel fortunate to be in his care.

Dr.Jeffrey Miller is the most caring gynocologist that I have had. I feel heard and often given advice and choices like I am his family! He is calm, patient, understanding, thorough, professional, explains terms in laymens terms and to top it off he is funny, which always puts me at ease for what COULD be some uncomfortable situations. I never feel rushed and office is clean and up to date.

An absolute nightmare experience dealing with this practice with my first pregnancy. If 0 stars was an option, they would be getting that rating instead. I would never recommend a single woman to become a patient here. I was a long term patient of Dr. Dilena’s since I was a teenager & never could have imagined things going the way that they did. Not only did this office cause me unnecessary stress & anxiety in my first trimester, they are absolutely unprofessional. The billing department specifically outwardly treated me disrespectfully. Denise & Barbara are both equally rude, and condescending individuals. Not a single ounce of courtesy or compassion was shown to me while being a patient. Even trying to schedule my first appointment in June of this year to check the viability of my pregnancy went horribly. Denise had the audacity to tell me it was my fault for the issues I was having with medical coverage, after I explained that I had lost my job prior to getting pregnant. And when I took her advice that she claimed would work because it “always had”, & said exactly what she told me to when I called NYS DOH, it did nothing but make the situation more complicated. I had called the office on 2 separate occasions regarding the health of myself & my baby, and both times I was transferred to the billing department which in itself made no sense. I was then harassed by Denise to provide further personal information that I wasn’t comfortable sharing with someone who wasn’t a medical professional. I was told that Dr. Dilena wasn’t going to call me back or that they would charge me for a telehealth phone call. I didn’t realize that the billing department had the authority to make the decision of withholding information from my doctor. I never received a call back from Dr. Dilena, and when I saw him next and asked if he ever got my messages, he made it very clear that he did not. The billing department put every bill through self pay instead of insurance after being informed not to. They took extra blood samples even after I informed them that I was having it drawn elsewhere & then tried to charge me for that as well. They called and canceled my time sensitive down syndrome appointment 4 days before I was scheduled to come back, claiming that they could not see me any longer due to insurance, even though I already had 2 appointments prior at their practice. It’s also very confusing to me that Denise & Barbara are extremely passive aggressive but the second you try to speak up for yourself, you’re called combative. Even Dr. Dilena did not seem the least bit sorry for how things were handled. I have since switched practices & could not be happier. My baby & I are doing quite well without the added stress from Complete Women’s HealthCare.
