Just got out of a pretty casual final meet from a 4 part (spanned out to 6-months long) final evaluation. Hafeez discussed that our child would need some services, we were given 2 options based on our son's results with the testing examiner, who was an excellent communicator and provided a warm and welcoming environment for parents, especially to those that have not heard of the practice before. Hafeez was recommended by a friend, and though the experience and outcome was not as expected, she was able to provide a diagnosis.

My morning was great after completing my neuropsychological testing at Comprehend The Mind. I’m glad I found them online, and it was convenient since they’re close to my home. The testing gave me a clear understanding of things I hadn’t realized before, which was really helpful.

Comprehend The Mind is truly outstanding. The team is always nice, respectful, and professional, which makes every visit a positive and comfortable experience. Highly recommend to anyone looking for compassionate and professional psychological services! They are well located by train which can be accessible even when you come from CT !

We recently finished our child’s evaluation at Comprehend The Mind – Comprehensive Consultation Psychological Services, and the experience was very reassuring. The clinician explained everything clearly, and the testing specialist was warm and patient throughout. Their office at 114-20 Queens Blvd Cs2, Forest Hills, NY 11375 is welcoming and easy to find. Even though the results were different from what we expected, we appreciate the clear diagnosis and guidance.

I was solely calling to inquire about testing and the woman on the phone was the rudest person I have ever come across. She not only was acting if I was stupid and did not understand basic English but she was sighing during the whole call. I have never felt so disrespected trying to receive mental health services. I would not recommend this place I did not even talk to a doctor but I do not think they would respect me at all. I honestly wish I could give no stars because of how disrespected she made me feel. Not only that but the fact that out of pocket costing between $3,500 - $7,500 for one day of testing is ridiculous. She also told me this after explaining my own insurance to me, which I already knew, and repeating words back to me that I had already previously stated in the most condescending tone. After telling me my insurance is not accepted she did not offer anything else I had to prompt her about out of pocket costs. Overall, would never call this place for anything ever again even if my insurance was accepted I would never have gone here based off of that one interaction as well.
