The workers are very friendly and easy to talk to. Very efficient and fast. The worker would also explain the medication for you and I find that super helpful (I don't have this experience in CVS or other pharmacy). 10/10 would recommend switching to this place.

I’ve been getting my prescriptions filled at Confucius Pharmacy for decades. The staff is wonderful, always friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. They always call me to let me know when my prescription is ready. They’re the only neighborhood pharmacy I use!

I called on Friday around 3 PM and unfortunately had a negative experience. The person I spoke with seemed rushed and unwilling to help. When I offered to call back at a more convenient time, I was told she would be busy all day. The interaction felt dismissive and unprofessional which was disappointing.
