This review is long overdue. Back in July when I was looking trying to move out of a studio into a one bedroom I was having a hard time finding something I liked. There was an apartment posted on apartments.com where Harry was the listing agent. I decided to reach out and from there we met and I decided to go the broker route. IT WAS WORTH IT! Harry really listened to what I was looking for. For the budget we had he never tried to sell me on a dream. He tries his best to negotiate for his client, but at the end of the day there is so much brokers can do when it comes to an offer being approved or denied. In my experience, he applied pressure and was able to land us the apartment we are in now. I would hands down recommend him to help you find your next apartment. Please remember brokers are not free and trying to hustle them of their fee does not make them want to jump through hoops to get you the apartment you want. Best experience, very timely and showed us many apartments before we decided on one!

Update II: Previously updated stating something wasn't completed in my apartment upon moving in despite speaking to Harry about it twice. Later realized the building management is incompetent and the building super is actually just a PITA and didn't do it to save an hour and a couple bucks in paint. I'd give Harry a call if I was searching again. Original: I worked with Harry, who communicated very well and let me know of an available apartment in Forest Hills before it went on the market. This was amazing considering the housing shortage in NYC right now. I have yet to move in since the apartment is undergoing renovations, but I am looking forward to starting in a new place. The whole process was very short. I saw the apartment on a Friday and signed a lease the following Tuesday.
