The worst service that can exist in New York. Their MoneyGram service only works for sending, not receiving. They always say they don’t have money to give. They lie straight to the customer's face. I have seen them count money right in front of me and then claim they don’t have any. They are the least professional people you can come across.

Copy Plus charges $1 per photocopy plus a $3 service fee, which is ridiculously expensive compared to other places. The staff is rude, unhelpful, and pretends not to understand English, making communication frustrating. Instead of assisting, they have an unprofessional attitude. Avoid this place! You’ll find much better prices and service elsewhere.

I was charged $7.50 for one PDF scan of 3 pages. I wasn't told before hand, and i didn't ask either. $0.50 per copy is ok. But $2.50 a page scan is unacceptable.

Try going anywhere else except here. Have the worst service here and they charge $1 for 1 page with black and white. Imagine the color printing. Also they charge the for the service. Like what service for using one finger to press print.

They do not permit drop off of pre-labeled DHL packages despite the information on DHL's website. They will sell you a DHL label, though.
