Cornerstone Thai Boxing | Muay Thai & Fitness

I’ve been coming here a bit over a year and it’s one of the best decisions I’ve made. Super welcoming and friendly for someone that’s never done a combat sport before and still offers a great challenge and new learnings as your progress. Coach Youyung has been a great coach and they’ve got a great schedule for weekdays after work hours!

My son has been attending Cornerstone Thai Boxing since he was 5 he is now 15. He has learned many things from Coach Youyung. Thanks for being a second home to him.

This place is clean, friendly, and has such a great atmosphere. At first, I was a little scared to go because I thought it was only for men, but I’ve felt so comfortable here. Everyone treats me with respect, and I’ve never felt any discrimination for being a woman. Definitely a place I highly recommend!

This place is great! I love coach Youyung and coach Niteka, especially the Women’s training center. They are very helpful and encouraging. Would highly recommend.

It’s been a while since I’ve attended (haha will be back soon) but would love to say, as someone who’s always wanted to learn Muay Thai and just the arts of combat (since my dad had me go to karate as a child), Cornerstone has and always be a ironically enough a cornerstone in my life. From the coaches and peers everyone is awesome. Also as someone who’s pretty much been overweight his whole life, training here has given me so much confidence and overall wether you’re a beginner or a pro, this place is awesome, welcoming and hey a great place to learn.
