Best place to go do laundry in the world

It' a big and convenient place. For some reason they don't have hot water, and I came here specifically to wash with the hot water. And I asked the administrator why the water is not hot on a hot cycle, she told me they don't have hot water. I asked why? She told me I don't know, that's the boss... Can I get my money back? No, you can't, sorry.. Well if you don't have hot water, you should tell you customers ... I understand they probably want to save money on hot water. .but why I should loose my money and waste my time... Is it normal???

This place has to repair the machine the don’t provide the proper water for the clothes and the dry machine with pens in side they have to repair the machine is too old

The lady working on Sunday the 26th of May at 12pm was very rude to me because of overly wet clothes that the machine made. I don’t know if she talks to all her customers like this but I’m not a child that needs to be yelled at over spilled water that i myself cleaned up.

Old machines. They don’t even clean it they have mold and 10 years of soap collected up in them mind you they don’t spin that well, I used those machine when they added them to the laundromat 10 years ago. The place is aged and that’s why no one goes there anymore…keep it that way they’ll run out of business soon. The lady who works there is extremely rude, the medium option isn’t working on the dryer and she did t care to give money back to put it into a different one. Her response was “nobody uses that option it’s not broken” first of all if no one uses it how did it break? Second of all customer service isn’t telling people how they should use a product…if all the drying options font work it’s broken…she didn’t want to take the advice to at least put a sign up. if they didn’t want to refund two quarters I can only imagine they must be going out of business. Good riddance.
