Very bad management my appointment is at 3pm is about to be 4pm and they haven’t called my son for the appointment and when they do is just a fast clean up…..very disappointed

What a bad experience and unprofessional service from the management. My appointment was scheduled for 3 p.m. When I arrived, they told me they were full for that time and that they had a 5 p.m. appointment. I told them I scheduled the appointment for 3 p.m. because after that, I had to pick up my other daughter from after school at 5 p.m., and I wouldn't have time to pick her up. The person who helped me never showed any interest in helping me resolve the scheduling issue and simply stated that she only had 5 p.m. available. I left, and the person didn't even have the courtesy to reschedule the appointment.

They are calling me a liar saying that I “exaggerated information” I have pictures of how long i waited in the lobby before I got seated in a room. When I was seated in the room I still had to wait it was 4pm already and nobody came to even check our name. I had to come out to the receptionist to ask what time was my kids appointment and she proceeded to act clueless so i cancelled the appointment bc I was to be late the appointment would be cancelled….

Horrible service from beginning to end. I made an appointment prior to coming in.And the staff was so unprofessional,rude,condescending .Their job is to create a positive first impression by welcoming visitors,directing them to the appropriate individuals or services within the clinic, and generally ensuring the smooth running of the front desk area .But their ego gets in the way of doing their job.Its a very straightforward job.Yet they made it so hard.Such a repugnant place to come in.For your own good make sure you see other options .

Called to see if they took my child’s insurance. The receptionist said yes then hung up when I asked if they are trained to handle difficult kids? Gave them the benefit of the doubt so I called back, the same receptionist tried to pretend we weren’t just on the phone but this time they don’t take my child’s insurance. They are listed on my insurance providers website but I always ask just in case the info is incorrect. Such a weird interaction. Probably dodged a bullet.
