Just don't hesitate to speak in English as someone in their staff will be able to attend to you. They're well stocked. Bring your bag so you don't need to pay extra for the bag. I have a lot of household tools and other stuff that I bought from them on many occasions.

Called to get a price check on item so I could purchase and they didn’t want to give an estimate! Horrible service

Bought an item which on the receipt says can be returned, and when I went to do the return I was told I could not return the item. At no moment during check out was i told the item was not returnable

DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE FOR ANY PURCHASE OR KEY COPY I been always had troubles when going here but there was no other hardware store nearby, so frist they didn't wanted to give me a refund on an unopen just bought product that didn't even took home and the refund couldn't be done because the manager had to be there so i had to call the bank. Now i had to get a copy of a key and it's a pretty far walk and it did not work it's not fair that i walk for another 40 minutes back and then go again to my house just to try it and then repeat the same process, i suggest going somewhere else if you have the chance
