Corona Heights Pharmacy

Everyone here is SO friendly & helpful to your needs! I've been coming here for almost a year now, and now they know me by name, not a number. Not only do I get my meds here, but shopping is also convenient for me. Your neighborhood pharmacy is back! ☺️

I never actually went there but I called asking if they had my medication in stock (they didn't) but the man was nice enough to take his time and say why. I really appreciated that. Hence my 5stars. Other pharmacies just said "we don't have it", "we don't carry it" and hung up. This one is the 20th I've called.

If I could give it Zero stars I would. Mirvice is the most rude unprofessional Pharmacist ever, definitely doesn't know how to run the business and lacks sympathy and charisma, doesn't know how customers should be treated. Hangs up phone on customers, doesn't give the total amount of pills and refuses to admit to it, that is called stealing.

Not happy with the new management and employees. Waited almost 10 minutes to pay for two items. I used to love going there especially when Wanda was working because she always made me my family and friends feel welcomed and appreciated as customers, she was very efficient and is great at customer service.

Honestly I was super skeptical going into this pharmacy and I learned to trust my instincts with this more. I never want to go back. I tried my best to be patient with them all three-four interactions/offenses. but they literally are so incompetent and lazy. The final straw for me was this. My doctor sent the medication around 9ish before they opened (10) And I had to call them an hour after they opened (11) to reassure they would get my medication ready in time. They have sent texts before saying it was ready. this time they haven’t. (The second offense I was next to them on the cramped waiting area for over 30 minutes while they were sending the notification that my medication is ready but were also laughing away at TikTok’s… that was the second offense for me BTW, the first was the front desk lady being indifferent) back to this last straw. So I called. The pharmacist says it would be ready at noon. She called back a couple minutes after saying she would need to order one of them and it would be ready at 4:30 and I could come pick up the rest of the medication at noon. and I was ok with that. I get there at 2 and she says she told me she’d be ready with it “all” at 4:30. And I said you said i could come get it at 12. She said no I didn’t I said you can pick them all together .. so It confirmed my suspicions they’re not reliable not trustworthy and they want to make you look crazy and try to play you. Not once in my interactions have I showed hostility or aggressive demeanor but patience and they still spat me in my face with that lie and lazy attitude. Never going back. 🧿
