The staff here is really wonderful. The nurses here are all caring, accommodating, kind, and very compassionate. The doctor told me step by step what was happening the entire way. Very very friendly. It's not the easiest situation...but the staff made it s much better for me. I highly recommend!

Don’t come here. Over the phone they said the price of the pills is $500 flat. When I get there, the physician was leaving which I thought was weird. Fast forward the front desk clerk gave me a small plastic cup the size of a shot glass and told me to pee in it. I did not feel comfortable because of how small the cup was and told her I used the bathroom before hand. She says okay and proceeds to do the sonogram anyways. She then tells me that I am 10 weeks and 6 days along and that I will need to do the surgical procedure because I will be 11 weeks, when my OB-GYN 5 days earlier told me I was 8 weeks and 2 days. Because of the price jump from $500 to $1,500 and the obvious lie of how far along I was (don’t know if it was due to the fact that the front desk lady did my sonogram verses the actual physician) I told her I wanted to continue along with the pregnancy. Then she told me she will give me $250 back, not the full $500 because the sonogram cost $250. Not only that, they said I had to come back the next day to receive the cash payment I handed the front desk lady that worked on me because the physician wasn’t present. If it wasn’t for my boyfriend being there, I would’ve have had more of an issue and I assumed it was because I spoke English, verses Spanish. The person over the phone, nor their website states there’s any deposit of any kind, or mentions any cost other than the pill or the procedure. Overall, if you’re low-income and actually want qualified professionals to work with that won’t lie about prices, don’t come here. Go to a trusted place like planned parenthood.

The worst of all A big warning to you guys They are thrives they take money and tell you the wrong gestational age and then tell you to comeback and they will see and they will ask you to do in clinic and pay them more The gave me pill which never worked at all I’m going to report this clinic and doctors
