My son and I had a fantastic experience. From the moment we walked in, the staff were warm, professional and really put us at ease. The eye exam was thorough and kid-friendly the doctor made sure my son understood what was happening and even made him laugh. He loved picking out frames afterwards, and I did too the selection is stylish, fun for kids and clearly built to stand up to wear and tear. One of our favorite parts: the optician helped us find a pair that fits perfectly, looks great and that my son is actually excited to wear. I highly recommend this practice for any parent looking for excellent pediatric eye care and a great eyewear experience.

I have been to this office twice this year — once with my husband, and once for myself — and unfortunately, both visits left me disappointed. On our first visit, my husband went in to see if his insurance was accepted. The front desk told him his insurance most likely wouldn’t cover the visit and that the consult would cost $80. Later, we called his insurance company and learned that this office is in fact listed as an enrolled provider. On August 13, 2025, I returned as a patient. Over two years ago, I was referred to an ophthalmologist for a medical condition, but this time I simply needed an optometrist for glasses measurements. The front desk staff immediately told me that since I have conditions like glaucoma and cataracts, it would be better to continue with the same specialist. I was shocked, as I had not discussed my conditions with her during this visit, and her quick assumption felt inappropriate and unprofessional. I left feeling disappointed, especially because I had previously brought my whole family to this office when they had a different and friendlier front desk team. Unfortunately, my recent experiences have made me reconsider returning.
