Got the cloud mousse matcha latte, so good! The drinks are prepped quickly, and the baristas are so kind.

Got the Cloud Mousse Pandan Crema Latte, drink was ok, very pandan flavor but barely any coffee flavor once mixed. If they sold Pandan Latte would be nice. Price for 1st drink on app is $1.08 total. Service was fast.

Small coffee store for a quick grab and go. Downloaded the Cotti Coffee AM app for first time promotion .99 on the first drink and other promotions. I ordered the Matcha Jasmine frappe, the ordered was prep very quickly. Unfortunately it tasted so powdery and artificial. I guess it's fast food style coffee/drinks.

I have ordered from here at least 50 times with my coworkers and this is the second time ive got spoiled milk in my drink. They gave me matcha with chunky milk for the second time so i brought it back and they tried to gaslight me saying it's always like this when it's not. Then they even showed me the container of the milk which said "best before 1/5/2026" and tried to gaslight me again saying it's a chinese product so it's day first then month and it expires on 5/1/26. My coworker who drank another milk drink now also has food poisoning and has been having diarrhea. Be aware that they might sell you a drink with chunky milk causing you diarrhea then gaslighting you and not even apologize.

Bought their *new* sparkling apple cold brew and it was one of the most disgusting drinks I’ve ever had. I took a few sips and threw most of it away.
