The doctor is very responsible and also very flexible when my dog had an urgent issue. She could squeeze me in right before the clinic close. Also super transparent interns if the cost for each treatment.

I took my kitten Wasabi there for his very first checkup and vaccines. Although my kitten was shy, Dr. McNally and her assistant Amanda handled him with delicate care! He was more fussy in the commute than in the actual clinic. They also gave me a lot of knowledge on things to look out for in the aftercare process to make sure he was okay. I would trust them again to help me take care of Wasabi long term.

I can't recommend Dr. Miranda Gerber at Court Square Animal Hospital enough! She is so knowledgeable, patient, dedicated and truly caring! 💟 ✅From the initial exam to lab tests, diagnosis, and surgery, everything was handled incredibly quickly—within a week. ✅She is extremely patient and thorough, taking the time to call and send DETAILED emails explaining my dog's condition, diagnosis, and treatment options. ✅She went above and beyond by consulting specialists she knew to answer our questions, even though it wasn’t her responsibility at all!!! And she responded to us super quickly. ✅She even followed up on my dog’s progress even after treatment at a separate facility (which specializy in my dog’s condition), showing how much she truly cares. We are very lucky to have Dr. Gerber as our vet!!! 💕🐕👩‍⚕️

From the moment you walk in, you feel genuine care, warmth, and professionalism, and that feeling has never wavered in all the years they’ve treated my Havanese, Donnie, since he was just a puppy. The client service representatives, Brittnie, Asia, Carina, Michelle, Erika, Marlena, Amanda, Sarah, and Angelica, are nothing short of incredible. They are kind, patient, attentive, and always make you feel heard. You’re never rushed, never treated like a number, and always welcomed with compassion and respect. The doctors, Dr. McNally, Dr. Gerber, and Dr. Nunez, are exceptional. They take their time, they explain everything clearly, and they truly examine your dog. This is not a place that nickel, and, dimes you or pushes unnecessary treatments. Instead, it’s a place rooted in integrity, trust, and genuine care. You can feel that they love what they do, and that they love the animals they treat. I love my Donnie more than anything, and trusting someone with your dog is not a small thing. At Court Square Animal Hospital, Donnie is treated as if he were one of their own. Every visit reassures me that he is in the best hands possible, hands that lead with both expertise and heart. after my first experience at CSAH, i wouldn't consider going ANYWHERE else with my two cats. the staff are attentive, actually listen to your concerns, and most importantly, the doctor called THREE times after our appointment to check up on kiki. she had a mouth injury that prevented her from drinking or eating for a bit and the doc worked with me to figure out the best way to help her stay hydrated and fed. i'm so happy with our experience. and so is kiki :)
