Stopped by to fix my cracked camera lens protective layer that was broken for a long time. they took care of it immediately — and even did it for free. The Apple Store couldn’t fix this issue at all, but this shop handled it quickly and professionally. Super friendly, fast service. I’m really impressed and grateful!

My overall experience with them is really good. They fixed my phone quicker than other places said they would, and they also did it at a cheaper price. Super chill guy in the front too, thank you!

This is my 2rd review in Google. What happened was really incredible. First, I dropped my phone to seawater and the screen was off after I noticed my water proof phone case was broken. I took my phone to Apple Store; they said they cant fix it, but they can give me a new phone for it. I asked if they can recovery my data or not. They said Apple wont touch client data, so they cant. I took my phone to Mike’s Tech, they said it will cost 75$ dollars to check if the data is there, and 600$ to recover the data. I went to many other stores; most of them said they cant fix or cost 700+. The worse part is if they fixed it with 3rd party part, you can’t exchange a new phone. Finally, i came to this store; they only asked for 260$. Sorry, I was little suspecting if they can do it. At the end, they fix it!!!! The best part is they recover all the original parts. I got my 8 years data back and a brand new IPhone for 99 dollars. In totally, cost me like 400$ for brand new Iphone 15 Pro Max. I think so worth…

Paid $85 cash for an iPhone 13 screen replacement, and it was a complete failure. Within two days, the screen started showing green bleeding lines. When I returned a week later, the shop tried to blame “water damage,” which was never mentioned before. A few weeks later, after a minor fall from a bag, the screen completely detached from the phone. It was only held on by tiny adhesive strips instead of a proper seal. I am extremely frustrated and disappointed — this repair was unsafe, shoddy, and left my daughter’s phone completely unusable. I would never recommend this shop and caution anyone thinking about trusting them with their device. Oo and to add to your comment when the screen had something completely different with itcyou took my good screen and replace it with something cheaper instead of fixing the real problem.when I came the second time and I had someone look at the phone he didn’t put the screen on probably that how the screen broke.but all of a sudden it had water damage?

Avoid this place at all costs. I paid $380 in cash to replace my iPhone 15 Pro Max screen and ended up with a cheap, non-OEM part. The replacement screen is thicker, heavier, and noticeably less responsive than the genuine Apple display. It was done in under an hour, and while the tall guy was friendly, that doesn’t make up for the poor quality. Update after 1 month: I downgraded this from 3 stars to 1. The screen started flashing on and off intermittently, and now a third of it is black and white with yellowish lines. Apple even flagged it as an “Unknown Part,” meaning it’s either not genuine or defective. This place clearly uses low quality parts while charging a premium price. Save your money and go somewhere reputable. Definitely not worth $380.
