Came in with a shoe lace in my hoodie that was jammed. They fixed it right then and there, no charge. I come for other alterations and fixes and they do it at a reasonable price especially if you live in the area!

I should have written this review sooner. I’ve been a customer for 3 years. Lou is friendly & helpful, & Crescent Hills Cleaners always does a great job. They’ve even gone above & beyond to repair a reusable shopping bag I like, & removed some unsightly stitches from a pair of my sneakers. Very affordable prices & super quick turnaround. Highly recommend for all your dry cleaning & tailoring needs 👍👍

I’ve went to Crescent Hill Cleaners a few times. They actually do some pretty good work especially if you’re looking for a good seamstress. Their tailoring is pretty quality in Long Island City.

I brought in a dress with beautiful pleats to be cleaned. No one warned me that the pleats would be ruined, and when I picked it up, all the pleats were completely gone. And stains were still there. There was no apology or sense of responsibility. The staff told me to give them a week so they could “fix it,” but after a week, I only got the dress back with random wrinkles instead of pleats. Absolutely unacceptable service!

Never use this dry cleaner! I brought two suits and one dress for them to clean and press. They broke two buttons off of one suit and pressed the other suit incorrectly. My dress came back with stains and the stitching was damaged. I went to the dry cleaner today explaining the problems, the owner didn’t even apologize for the poor service. They did offer to clean my dress but very rudely. They damaged all 3 pieces how can I trust that they won’t make it worse. I asked for a refund but the owner just kept saying “we don’t have such service”
