The pineapple bun with a think piece of cold butter in the middle was good. We had it as take out in the past and the butter melted a bit but still tasted good. This time we are eating it at the store it tastes even better with the warm bun. The Hong Kong style milk tea with bubble was so good as well. Strong HK style tea flavor. Both pineapple bun and milk tea are authentic HK style. The strawberry milk drink with bubble was not too sweet and prefect for little kid. We will be back for more of the pineapple bun with butter and HK style milk tea. Had tried their egg waffle in the past and was also good. They are making it fresh to order so do expect a wait but it will be worth it. Crunchy outside and soft inside.

Absolutely loved this place! The drinks were fresh, flavorful, and perfectly balanced—not too sweet. Staff were friendly, quick, and helpful even during a busy time. The shop was clean and had a cozy Hong Kong vibe. Great value for the price, too. I’ll definitely come back to try more items. Highly recommended for tea lovers!

Cuppa tea has pretty expensive egg bubble waffles. I tried the egg tart egg waffle, which was good, but not worth the listed price of $8.95, my total came to $9.75 from the kiosk. Other classic bubble waffle I’ve seen in Flushing are usually around $4.50 while their classic egg bubble waffle is $6.75. The wait took longer than I expected, but it was a busy Saturday, so that may have contributed.

Yesterday I ordered waffles to take out and found a hair in them. Luckily, I didn't eat the whole thing.
