CVS Pharmacy

The pharmacist at this location is so helpful & quick. We had to leave our local cvs at 85-29 126th street in Kew Gardens because their lines are always long. Thought it’s farther, we will continue with this location because each & every time we’ve visited , the pharmacist does his best to get our prescriptions done fast.

Service is always good here but the store's carpeting is a bit worn giving the place a more subdued feel.

I called the store looking for a specific over the counter medication. The phone rang 10 times before it was picked up. The representative who answered the call placed me on hold for 20+ minutes. At that point, I hung up, tried again, and, after waiting forever to be answered again, I gave up. You lost my business.

have been a loyal customer for over seven years; however, my experience today while picking up my prescription was extremely disappointing. Two employees were working at the cash register. The employee who initially assisted me asked me to enter my information into the system, then left the counter without explanation and began speaking with another employee in the back. After completing the requested information, I waited for an extended period without any communication. As I had other important obligations to attend to, I politely asked for an update. At that point, another cashier—whom I believe was named Dadca—responded in a very rude and dismissive manner. She stated she was looking for my prescription but spoke to me in a condescending way, as though I were unintelligent. Throughout the interaction, there was a complete lack of communication and professionalism, which made the experience both frustrating and unacceptable.

Don’t come here go to Walgreens the have better hours and better customer service. Each time you pick up a prescription you have to bring your id and they will NOT take a picture off the phone but NYPD accepts a picture… smh the manager argued with me and did not listen to me. I suggest supporting a local pharmacy or going to Walgreens. Plus the pharmacy line is always long
