CVS Pharmacy

This is my regular pharmacy and I've gone to them for prescriptions and vaccines over the years. Today my daughter needed antibiotics, but when I got to CVS, they were having some issues with their systems. The person at the pharmacy took my phone number and called me to update me when the systems were back and when the prescription was ready. The pharmacy is always super busy so I really appreciate that they took this extra step to help my 2 year old get her medicine ASAP. Thank you!

My only complaint is that you keep the store way too hot come summer or winter. You want the customer to be comfortable if it's too hot people want to leave can you please not blast the heat? Thanks.

Unfriendly female cashier/manager? Not sure what her position is but ignored me and my elderly mom when we were simply asking where to find medicine. She treated like we're ghosts and when we finally went to the front to pay for our items, my we pulled out cash... the woman laughed. My mom is very sensitive and this hurt her because she is old school and doesn't carry credit cards or anything. I understand the new era is cashless, but it doesn't mean you should look down on people who aren't up to date with all that.

Today I scheduled my vaccine appointment for 5:00 PM and arrived at 5:20 PM. The pharmacy was empty. A woman behind the counter told me they were closing at 6:00 PM and that my appointment was at 5:00. There was no one else waiting. It would have taken just a few minutes to give the vaccine and let me go. Instead, I was turned away for no real reason. Very disappointing and unprofessional.

Ive never been able to get my meds here without some kind of mistake or hiccup, once they ignored my insurance info on file and didn’t tell me and charged me out of pocket for WEEKS!!! THE WORST ETHICS
