They are very efficient and care their customers and their time. Our whole family using this pharmacy for last 4 years, never had any issue. Sometime the line is long but they quickly jump over to the counter and priories the customer.

Nice cvs pharmacy to go to. Because it's so nice it's getting busy and the lines are long. Everyone who works there are really nice and really friendly if you are too. Those who are always demanding and expect vip service usually write negative reviews. It's funny to read them. Long time customer and no problem there.

Much better compared to Duane Reade on main street and Roosevelt. However they have an annoying habit to send automated messages that your medication is ready but when you go there they say they don't have it ready and make you wait. The other knock is that the vitamins and what should be part of CVS are not and are actually target so no OTC eligible. You have to go to freshmedows or bayside, white stone CVS to get OTC items. They could have faster processing methods so the lines don't get as long.

I've been using this pharmacy for over 5 years and have always received excellent service. However, today's experience was disappointing. It seems the quality of service depends on the specific pharmacist and technicians on duty. 8 December 2024
